The Real Estate Sales Recruiter (internally known as Team Leader) is responsible for recruiting and retaining highly productive sales agents to our Racine and Kenosha area sales office. This will include recruiting of new and experienced sales agents; retaining productive sales agents; and training and business development of the sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a solid real estate background and a strong desire to lead and grow a team of talented sales agents.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, acquire, and retain productive sales agents
- Coach, motivate and develop sales agents by utilizing company tools and systems
- Manage day-to-day office operations to maximize profit and growth
- Ensure compliance within the office of Company policies and procedures, government laws, regulations, and ordinances in the jurisdiction(s) in which the company operates
- Participate in Team Leader meetings, sales rallies and conventions, and all-company retreats
- Some travel is may be required on an occasional basis
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- At least 5 years’ experience recruiting in real estate required
- Valid Real Estate Salesperson license required
- At least 5 years of Real Estate sales experience required
- Prior experience managing a team required
- Minimum of a high school diploma required
