Human Resources Manager - IN OFFICE POSITION ONLY

Key Responsibilities
● Direct and manage all Human Resources duties/activities in the office and ensure smooth integration throughout all locations and departments.
● Responsible for HR functions, including:
- Recruiting and onboarding of new employees,
- Assist managers with discipline and termination of employees,
- Employee file management both in electronic and paper form,
- Managing employee garnishments and benefits,
- Assisting with bi-weekly payroll processing, and
- Completing information requests from national, state, county, insurance, and other regulatory authorities or agencies.
● Manage the Indeed portal for new job postings, responding to candidates, and helping managers to stay on top of job applicants, including the scheduling of interviews when necessary.
● Keep the Employee Manual updated with new policies and updates as needed.
● Manage company benefit programs, working closely with vendors/brokers to maintain all employee details accurately in the HR Systems.
● Management the Paylocity HR, time-keeping and payroll systems - researching issues and providing support for services.
● Monitor the daily timesheets of all employees, resolving all corrections and differences as needed.
● Maintain and update HR policies as needed, ensuring proper documentation of employee notification of policies.
● Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding labor and safety. Periodic auditing of company practices and frequent monitoring of regulations to implement changes or policies to ensure ongoing compliance.
● Maintain systems to manage the data reporting requirements of State and
Federal labor laws.
● Perform annual OSHA and Minnesota Safety report filings.
● Manage the First Report of Injury claims.
● Respond to the annual audits of the Workers Compensation and Liability insurance programs.
● Perform the monthly reporting of payroll into the TBG workers comp portal.
● Coordinate appointments and meetings, maintain and update company calendars and schedules.
● Develop and implement Training programs as needed
● Develop and implement company policies and procedures.
● Assist with communications within the office and across departments to ensure consistent messaging.
● Provide support as requested.

● Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
● Discretion and confidentiality necessary in regards to sensitive data.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resource management, or a related field preferred.
● 3-5 years experience in the Human Resources field is preferred.
Hours
● Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
