General Position Description
Perspectives Corporation is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team! The HR Coordinator is responsible to work collaboratively with the HR Department team of professional ensuring quality human resource and training services to employees. There is a high focus for training coordination, support and facilitation. Other areas include coordinating medical training and documentation with the Nurse Training Team, conducting HR Stay Interviews for new hires, supporting recruitment efforts by attending recruitment meetings and providing coverage to the HR Recruiter, as needed.

Broad Areas of Responsibility
- Providing comprehensive, reliable assistance and support to the HR Dept
- Maintaining accuracy of applicant and employee records on a daily basis
- Supporting Nurse Training Team in coordinating, tracking and saving medical training documentation
- Overseeing Direct Support Professional certification program, certification tracking and support in submitting testimonials
- Facilitating New Employee Orientation trainings and other HR related trainings as needed
- Assisting HR Recruiter in recruitment efforts (attending job fairs, ordering recruitment material, phone screening and interviewing candidates)
- Assisting with in-person training set up and/or assisting with setting up online (zoom) trainings
- Supporting HR Director with oversight of worker’s compensation claim submitting and follow up
- Completing other HR projects as assigned
Minimal Qualifications
- 4-year college degree or a 2-year degree or certificate in
- Human Resources or related field
- 3-4 years of experience in Human Resources
- Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Windows and software: Word processing (Word), Spreadsheets (Excel), Presentations (PowerPoint)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks/meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work independently, with excellent time management skills
- Must be able to problem solve and take initiative
- Maintains high level of confidentiality of employee records
Desired Qualifications
- SHRM Certified Professional Certification
- Experience with database systems (Solana, ProviderPro, Employee Care)
- 1-3 years of experience with training coordination, recruitment, and employee relations
