Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced, fast-paced, and pleasant Human Resource and Payroll Specialist, with a focus on behavioral health providers. This role involves managing HR and payroll functions and requires someone who is not only skilled in their professional capacity but also possesses strong personal competencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR and Payroll Management: Oversee various aspects of HR and payroll, especially in the behavioral health context, with a keen eye for detail and high organizational standards.
- Specialized Recruitment: Manage the hiring process for behavioral health providers, ensuring a meticulous approach to each candidate's qualifications.
- Credentialing and Onboarding: Handle the credentialing and onboarding processes, requiring precise attention to detail and adherence to strict standards.
- Crisis and Audit Management: Be adept at managing unforeseen crises and conducting audits, demonstrating strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Benefits and Labor Management: Administer benefits and manage labor relations, requiring an organized approach and the ability to handle complex situations calmly.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Healthcare administration certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and payroll, with at least 2 years in healthcare or behavioral health.
- Deep understanding of behavioral health professionals' hiring, credentialing, and onboarding.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Office, and healthcare management software.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
