If you share these values and meet the stated qualifications, the Library invites you to apply for the Human Resources Associate - Recruitment regular position that will support the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and orientation of new employees.
The Human Resources (HR) Associate will support recruitment efforts, such as responding to questions from applicants, monitoring applications in the NEOGOV applicant tracking system, informing applicants who have incomplete applications, sending applications to hiring managers, creating interview schedules in NEOGOV, closing recruitments, and maintaining information in the NEOGOV system.
A primary focus of this position will be assisting the HR Manager with coordinating the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and orientation of new hires, with other duties as assigned.
The position will also assist staff with other work in the Human Resources Division, such as screening employment applications, preparing offer letters, data entry, processing employment transactions, file management, compiling information for reports, processing requests for training funds, composing correspondence, and providing information for various projects.
The HR Associate will interact with the Library’s hiring managers, job applicants and candidates who are invited to interviews. The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal, organizational and administrative skills. Human Resources experience with coordinating recruitment in NEOGOV or a similar applicant tracking system is preferred.
The HR Associate will report to the HR Manager. The Human Resources team members work a hybrid schedule, with a combination of in-office and remote, telework days. In-office requirements are subject to change. Accommodations are considered on a case-by-case basis.

The full salary range for this position is $32.01 - $38.86 per hour.
