Duties:
- Utilize various recruitment methods to attract candidates
- Conduct interviews and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation
- Utilize applicant tracking systems such as Taleo for candidate management
- Develop and implement training programs for new hires
- Assist in succession planning and talent acquisition efforts
- Generate leads through various channels for potential candidates
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes
- Familiarity with employment labor laws and regulations
- Proficiency in leveraging recruitment tools and platforms
- Strong negotiation skills for offer discussions
- Ability to develop training programs for employee development
- Excellent communication skills for effective candidate interaction
- Knowledge of lead generation techniques in recruiting
