**Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition and be skilled in building relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Remote and Hybrid options are available in this role, flexibility to make your own schedule.
**Duties:**
- Utilize cold calling and lead generation techniques to source potential candidates
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
- Conduct employee orientation and facilitate training development programs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and evaluate employee performance
- Develop succession planning strategies to ensure talent pipeline sustainability
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably using Paylocity or similar applicant tracking systems
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively
- Knowledge of the recruitment life cycle
-Organizational skills and punctuality required
- Familiarity with Paylocity for HR-related tasks is a plus
