The hiring pay range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000 per year based on skills, education, and experience relevant to this role.

Effective the first of the month following the date of hire, employees are eligible to participate in the following Inventprise employee benefit programs:

Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA, or HSA: Currently Inventprise contributes 80% toward the Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage for the employee, and enrolled spouse and dependents. Medical plans are currently provided through Premera Blue Cross.
- 401(k) program: Inventprise contributes 3% of employee base pay each pay period to their 401(k) account. Employee contributions are at the discretion of the employee.
- Paid Time Off: Employees start PTO accruals at the rate of 5.83 hours each pay period - annualized equivalent of 140 hours/year.
- Paid Holidays: Inventprise offers 9 paid holidays each year: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and two floating holidays.

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in sourcing top talent to support our company's growth initiatives. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts across various functions, including scientific research and development, clinical operations, corporate functions, and senior management roles. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the bio-pharmaceutical industry, a strong network within the industry, strong sourcing skills, and a proven track record in recruiting top talent. We are seeking a self-starter who is motivated by the prospect of working for a high-growth company and capable of building internal recruitment expertise.
Job Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions within the bio-pharmaceutical industry.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Contribute to the development of the company's employer brand by promoting our values, culture, and career opportunities through social media and our company career page.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including networking, direct sourcing, job boards, social media, and industry events, to identify and engage with qualified candidates.
- Establish recruiting best practices in partnership with HR partners and hiring managers.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate communication and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Work with hiring managers to select the best talent possible and negotiate and close offers in a timely manner that align with department workforce planning budgets.
- Stay apprised of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and continuously seek opportunities to improve recruitment processes and strategies.
- Partner with outside agencies, schools, and organizations to develop a strong pipeline for top talent.
- Represent Inventprise at local job fairs, conferences, and at other networking events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Required Experience and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience as a recruiter in the bio-pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers at all levels.
- Familiarity with relevant sourcing platforms, social media, and professional networks.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in using ATS software and Microsoft Office Suite for managing employee data, generating reports, and establishing and analyzing recruitment metrics to support decision-making.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment.
- Knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
