Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organization's needs.
Duties:
- Utilize various channels to source candidates such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance
- Negotiate employment offers and conduct onboarding processes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and external partners
Skills:
- Proficiency in talent acquisition strategies and techniques
- Experience in training development and implementation
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Ability to work with contract employment arrangements
- Strong cold calling skills for candidate outreach
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices and techniques
- Competence in social media management for recruitment purposes
- Ability to negotiate effectively with candidates and hiring managers
- Experience with Paychex or other HR software for payroll processing
- Proven track record in lead generation for recruitment purposes
