Role Overview:
As a Senior HR Generalist, you'll oversee various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. Your role is crucial in attracting, retaining, and developing talent while fostering a positive workplace culture. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to both leadership and employees, providing guidance and solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Manage full employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive experience.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation.
- Provide guidance and support on HR issues, including performance management.
- Oversee the performance review process and assist in developing improvement plans.
- Manage leave management processes and ensure compliance.
- Handle employee separations and conduct exit interviews.

- Proficiency in ATS and HRIS systems.
