Are you a personable and organized Human Resource professional looking to make a difference? SeniorCare is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Associate to temporarily join our team through the end of August! In this role, you will assist with front-end recruiting efforts, provide administrative support for benefits and leave of absence processes, and offer general HR assistance to ensure smooth operations. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role, strong organizational and interpersonal skills and works well independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
- Benefits Administration Support: Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Leave of Absence Support: Provide admin support for leave of absence requests and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- General HR Support: Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR team, including preparing HR documents and maintaining personnel files in the HRIS.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience working in the Human Resources Field.
- Proficient and relevant experience with Paycom HRIS.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Strong ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office
