Description
As our team continues on our growth trajectory, Pontera is hiring a Senior Recruiter to partner with our NYC-based managers and build our hiring capacity. The Recruiter will work closely with our GTM teams across sales, marketing, customer support, and more to identify top talent, manage interview processes, and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, candidate profiles, and team fit in order to develop effective recruitment strategies and interview processes.
- Actively source candidates for open positions through LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant platforms to develop a diverse pool of high-quality talent.
- Manage the full-cycle candidate pipeline from initial resume review and screening, through the interview process, and through to offer management.
- Represent Pontera as a best-in-class employer by providing an informative, responsive, and engaging interview experience to candidates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience of full cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment. In-house talent acquisition experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience managing complex senior-level roles, including newly created positions.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple high-volume candidate pipelines while providing a high-quality candidate experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Proactive and strategic approach to sourcing and recruitment strategies and experience working in close consultation with hiring managers.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools just as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and job boards.
