The Senior HR Manager is a senior role that guides and manages the overall Human Resources department under the direction of the HR Director. The Senior HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the provision of services to the production and supporting departments as we all work towards the goal of providing our customer with a quality, cost competitive, environmentally friendly product in a safe and timely manner.
The Senior HR Manager has a broad role, and the specific responsibilities will vary as the need arises, but generally it includes setting objective for the HR team and tracking progress, creating and implementing company policies, and overseeing the recruitment process. By managing day-to-day activities, analyzing statistics and reading and writing reports, the Senior HR Manager plays a vital role in our company.
HR Managers must drive a high level of positive culture, liaising with other team members, including interacting with managers of different areas of the organization, presenting findings to management and owners as well as training and supervising new employees and tracking and measuring staff performance.

· Perform quality controls and monitor production KPI’s.
· Recruit, train, supervise and appraise human resources.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field required.
· 10+ years’ experience in human resources management with 5+ years in a leadership position.
· Minimum PHR or CP certification required.
· Strong understanding of the human resources process, and continuous improvement activities.
· Bilingual (English/Spanish)
· Kronos Workforce experience
· Lean Manufacturing experience and background, certification is a plus
· Excellent communication, leadership and planning skills.
