STV is seeking an Executive Talent Acquisition Partner for our New York, NY office. This position is designated as hybrid (3 days week/in office).
Job Responsibilities include:
- Work with hiring manager to document requirements of job openings as required for opening requisition(s)
- Utilize advanced souring techniques, including direct sourcing, networking, social media and industry partnerships, to identify passive candidates within demand skill sets
- Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions
- Promote the company image to candidates and external service providers
- Utilize strategic talent acquisition initiatives to identify, attract, and secure top-tier candidates for high-level and specialized positions
- Surface candidates and develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Pre-screen resumes and evaluates effectiveness of electronic candidate evaluation tools
- Document candidate evaluation and interview process
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and candidates, providing expert guidance and support throughout the recruitment process
- Negotiate and/or support hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers
- Be specialized in recruiting, sourcing and executive communication skills, staffing higher level positions, challenging to fill roles and guide hiring managers to bring in the top talent for top positions
- Work with agencies, recruiting contractors and/or internet website representatives in the course of conducting employment advertising campaigns
- May provide performance feedback on all recruiting agencies/sources
- May also assist with the immigration process and administration as a liaison with immigration attorneys
- Utilize professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
- Work on complex issues and important projects. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize recruitment workflows, enhance candidate experiences, and elevate overall recruitment effectiveness.
- May provide consultation and advice to management regarding matters of importance to the functional area
- Work without specific instructions, exercising judgment to independently determine appropriate methods and procedures for completing new assignments.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or related equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years' recruiting experience
- Experience in successful completion of high-level role recruiting
- AEC recruiting experience is required
Compensation Range:
$167,720.00 - $223,627.00
