Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator/Sourcer that will help with interview coordination and candidate sourcing. In this role, you will schedule complex engineering interviews and help source ideal candidate profiles using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strings.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Identify and engage with potential candidates through various sourcing channels
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Maintain accurate records in Greenhouse, our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Develop and nurture relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders

Qualifications & Fit
- 0-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Enthusiastic about learning and growing within the talent acquisition field
