We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team and help us find the best talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. They should also be able to develop relationships with potential candidates and maintain a database of qualified applicants. The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that all recruitment processes are conducted in an efficient and timely manner, while also providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making offers.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct reference checks and background checks on potential candidates.
- Provide support to hiring managers during the onboarding process.
