The Human Resources Coordinator provides support in all facets of Human Resources with a variety of tasks to support all candidates and employees during every phase of their employment, including recruitment, onboarding, terminations, etc. and assisting with ensuring that all have a positive experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide assistance in the recruiting process by issuing offer letters, conducting pre-employment background checks, scheduling, onboarding, I-9 verification and documentation, e-Verify, etc.
Maintain job description library for all current positions.
Assist with the annual performance evaluation process.
Conduct exit interviews.
Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards or regulations.
Maintain employment records.
Demonstrate a commitment to safety.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position will have no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant experience and education.
Required Knowledge & Skills:
Strong interpersonal, business presentation, and written communication skills.
Highly developed and demonstrated customer service, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
Ability to interface with multiple levels of leadership and management.
Independent judgment and the ability to display appropriate common sense, manage ambiguity, analyze and resolve problems, ensure confidentiality, work with minimal supervision, manage multiple projects and deadlines, show attention to detail, and exercise discretion in an environment of constant change are necessary.
Requires computer proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in Human Resources environment.
Travel Demands:
This position requires no travel.
