The Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our clients' hiring needs. Your primary responsibility will be to source, screen, and present candidates to clients for various job positions in the Commercial Construction industries. This role requires close collaboration with clients, understanding their requirements and providing them with exceptional service throughout the recruitment.
Base Salary + Commission
Responsibilities:
- Candidate sourcing
- Candidate screening and evaluation
- Client Relationship Management
- Job advertising and posting
- Candidate selection and placement
- Team Member Documentation and compliance
- General HR data entry
- Collection of employees worked hours.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bilingual (Preferred)
- Knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing. (Big plus)
- Previous experience as a Recruiter in the Construction Staffing & Recruiting Industry
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools, including job boards, social media platforms, and ATS
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- A proactive and result-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality candidate profiles to clients.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection processes
- General HR knowledge.
- Experience collecting employees worked hours.
