Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition and be passionate about finding the right individuals to help drive our organization forward.
Duties:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications
- Coordinate hiring processes, including scheduling interviews and conducting background checks
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure all candidate information is accurately documented
- Assist in onboarding processes, including employee orientation and training development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Paychex, UltiPro, or Taleo
- Strong knowledge of HR sourcing techniques and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
- Experience with succession planning and talent acquisition is a plus
