Role & Responsibilities
- Support the hiring needs of individual and diverse practices across the US
- Work in Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) to support administrative Talent Acquisition functions, track and manage jobs and candidates, and retrieve data
- Requisition creation, candidate status management, and documentation
- Review submitted resumes and source passive candidates
- Conduct pre-screening phone calls and submit qualified candidates to the hiring manager for review
- Schedule interviews and collect interview feedback
- Serve as liaison between hiring manager and candidate
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with team members, hiring managers, and candidates
- Actively build a bench of talent compatible with the company culture to ensure hiring needs are met promptly
- Participate in Talent Acquisition events and conferences as needed
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting experience
- Prior Hygiene experience or a valid Hygiene license is a plus
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Results-driven personality with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable with change and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with variable workload
- Polished and professional presentation and communication style
- Must be local to DFW as the role will require in-office presence with the option for some remote work
