Position Summary
At RESA Power, we build skilled remote technician teams. The Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist role is to identify emerging technical talent, build robust recruiting pipelines, and provide a remote-optimized and candidate friendly process for top technical talent. Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist will: help us find the highest quality candidates, create an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the interview process, be part of our foundational recruiting team, helping to design the process that allows us to deliver quality at scale. Responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting- sourcing a strong pipeline of qualified candidates in addition to screening, scheduling, interviewing, and presenting and negotiating job offers to candidates.
Job Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment of technician positions across multiple levels of seniority and multiple locations.
- Manage proactive recruiting programs i.e. tech school, military, etc.
- Constantly research and improve the recruiting process using new techniques i.e. AI or other emerging technology.
- Market open positions using social media and other platforms. Use out of the box thinking to draw attention to openings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, and existing teams to deeply understand hiring needs; and to represent the best candidates in the area to hiring managers.
- Executes initial screening and assessing of candidates. Identifies and gathers information (e.g., ability to hire, relocation, immigration, compensation) to qualify talent pool.
- Embody, as an ambassador, the values, mission, and story for RESA Power. Clearly articulate the value proposition of RESA Power to candidates.
- Innovate our research strategy for talent pooling, market mapping and competitor analysis.
- Recruit/Source technical candidates using sourcing techniques to include on-line and internal databases, contact lists, employee referrals, and job postings.
- Source passive candidates through networking, social media sites, cold calling, complex internet searches and researching and identifying markets to tap for qualified talent.
- Pre-screen potential candidates for full-time employee openings; assess candidates’ qualifications and culture fit through a combination of behavioral based interviews and competency-based evaluations.
- Interview prospective candidates on consistent set of qualifications and educate candidates on company. Submit qualified candidates to Hiring Managers. Follow up on Hiring Manager interviews (example: fit for other location, offer, etc.).
- Create and own a positive candidate experience, and proactively provide candidates with the right information to help them make the best decision.
- Leverage analytical skills, data, and tools to guide planning and execution against key business objectives.
- Develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans analyzing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches.
- Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders.
- Track meaningful metrics surrounding recruitment, review and analyzing data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve recruitment efficiencies.
- Continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results.
- Other projects as assigned.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or experience equivalency and a minimum of 8 years related experience.
- Agency experience highly preferred.
- Proven track record of assessing talent beyond matching keywords on a resume.
- Experience in building and managing a diverse pipeline.
- A sincere understanding of the importance of building relationships with active and passive candidates of all levels.
- Experience in full cycle recruitment from sourcing to closing.
- Experience in helping scale an early-stage team.
- Ability to speak with clients at various stages through the recruitment lifecycle.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with attention to detail and great follow-through.
- A positive attitude and ability to thrive working in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to work in a self-directed manner, willing to take initiative and drive tasks to closure.
- Experience recruiting field technicians a plus.

Additional Information:
Job: Full-Time
Location: Nationwide, Remote
Compensation: Pay ranges from $97,000.00 to $117,000.00 depending on skillset and experience and15% bonus eligible.
Relocation: Relocation not offered for this position.
