Introduction
iRobot is searching for self-starter, dynamic, and highly motivated Full Life-Cycle Recruiter to join our fun and hard-working Talent Acquisition team! Reporting directly to the Manager, Talent Acquisition & University Relations, the primary functions of this role will be to source, screen, present, and manage Talent across our internal organizations in addition to university recruiting while providing a positive candidate experience.
What You Will Do:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting, clearly communicating status and progress against open searches.
- Lead manager update, interview kickoff and feedback meetings on active searches.
- Conduct phone, on-site and virtual interviews.
- Develop prospects into candidates, engaging them and performing assessment/screening.
- Conduct proactive sourcing activities to identify and engage with top talent through various channels, including but not limited to job boards, social media platforms, professional networking sites, and talent databases
- Implement innovative sourcing methods to attract passive candidates, including targeted outreach, talent mapping, and talent pooling initiatives
- Serve as an expert for recruiting, coaching leaders to continuously improve their talent acquisition strategy.
- Work collaboratively with HR Business Partners and Compensation team on candidate offers.
- Provide support for Open house events, participation in networking and career fairs as needed
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
- Manage & facilitate recruiting activities on campus including networking events, career fairs,
- Nurture and develop key relationships at colleges and universities with stakeholders including candidates, professors, career services staff, student organizations and alumni networks.
To Be Successful You Will Have:
- 2-5years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM systems, SeekOut, resume databases, and social media platforms beyond LinkedIn.
- Interest in driving diversity and inclusion efforts and University Recruiting.
- Experience with Workday or similar ATS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
