We are seeking a seasoned, full-time HR Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of various HR functions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in delivering a range of HR services, from strategic planning to hands-on implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and compliance to our clients.
Design and implement effective HR strategies aligned with clients’ business objectives.
Conduct organizational assessments for clients and recommend solutions for improvement.
Lead talent management initiatives including recruitment, training, and development for client organizations.
Manage day-to-day HR activities for clients, such as employee relations, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
Facilitate change management and organizational development for client companies.
Provide hands-on support in resolving HR issues and challenges faced by clients.
Prepare and analyze HR metrics for clients to inform strategic decisions.
Act as a key point of contact for clients’ HR-related queries and provide timely support.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
Certification: Must possess SHRM-CP (Certified Professional) or SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) certification.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the human resources field.
Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strict attention to detail.
Experience in a consulting environment is highly desirable.
