Eaton’s ES AMER PCS PCD division is currently seeking a Human Resources Assistant.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $52499.97 - $76999.96 a year.

This Human Resources Assistant is responsible for supporting the administrative and personnel functions of the Human Resources department.
Essential Functions:
- Assist with recruiting, interview scheduling, screening, and orienting new employees
- Maintain employee personnel files and digital records, and audit employee information to ensure accuracy
- Review attendance records of hourly personnel and advise administration of attendance policy
- Assist employees with general issues including items requiring Services tickets, JOE and kiosk usage, Sedgwick processes, benefits administration, site policies, etc.
- Lead site Engagement Committee and drive actions to support positive employee relations
- Update site-wide communications including BrightSign TVs, Gemba boards, bulletin boards, and other informational documents
- Conduct investigations and issue disciplinary action as necessary
- Determine plant training needs, log all training in Eaton University, and track all training on Master Training Matrix
- Lead and assist with HR projects and initiatives
- Support projects and initiatives related to MESH, Quality, and other functions
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) years of Human Resources/Administrative experience
- This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applications must be US persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a US person as a US Citizen, US Permanent Resident (i.e. “Green Card Holder”), Political Asylee, or Refugee
- No relocation assistance will be provided for this role. This candidate must reside within a 50-mile radius of La Grange, NC.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or other applicable major
